LCWM Elementary SchoolLCARC Fit KidsFit Kids is an after school and summer care program that offers children, ages 5-12, the opportunity for socialization, creativity and fun activities. Children must be entering kindergarten through 5th grade to be eligible for participation. We are a very active and on-the-go program - and your child(ren) will spend a lot of time outdoors! We walk several places around town (parks, the Rec Center, Library, fishing, etc.) and our program emphasis is on healthy and active lifestyle choices! Care services can be contracted for anywhere between 1 to 5 days per week, depending on your family's needs. However, please note that priority will be given to parents who choose agreements for 4 or 5 days per week. This ensures that we can best accommodate families who require more consistent care, while still offering flexibility for those needing fewer days. When you submit your registration, you will receive an email notifying you that your contract is waiting for staff approval.Your child is NOT registered for Fit Kids until you receive a second email stating your contract has been accepted. At that time, your card will be charged the $20 registration fee. A $20 registration fee is charged per child per Fit Kids Session (School Year / Summer) with a family maximum of $35. This fee secures your child's spot in the Fit Kids program. After School Program In addition to after school care, we also offer before school care on late start days and all-day care on scheduled no school days. You will need to register for each late start or all-day date that you are interested in. You will only be billed for the late starts and all-day dates that you sign your child up for. School Year Dates: September 3, 2026 through May 28, 2027Days: Monday-Friday Program Hours: 2:45pm to 5:30pmRegistration starts on June 5th for School Year 2026-2027. Whether you offer handmade goods, retail items, direct sales products or specialty services, we’d love to have you join us. This is a great opportunity to connect with the community and grow your customer base. Date: Saturday, December 5thTime: 9:30am-1:30pm (set-up starts at 7am)Location: Lake Crystal Area Recreation Center Gym Link to Event Details & Registration Instructions Link to Vendor Map - Please refer to this map prior to adding your space selection to cart. Link to ST-19 Form - Upload your completed and signed form during registration or submit via email. IMPORTANT REGISTRATION STEPS: Select your vendor space from the list below and click Enroll. Complete all required questions and submit the form. Your registration will then be added to your Cart. You must go to your Cart and submit payment in order to complete your registration. Registration: Online registration begins Monday, August 3rd at 8:00 AM. Space is first come, first served and must be completed online. Paper applications are not available. Space Selection: You will choose your preferred space during registration, but availability is not guaranteed. Register promptly to increase your chances of securing a specific spot. Tables & Chairs: Each space includes 1 table and 1 chair. We encourage vendors to bring their own tables due to limited supply. (Requests for multiple tables per space cannot be made due to limited supply.) Booth Pricing: Flat rate—$35 or $40, depending on space selection. Electrical Access: To request electricity, choose from Spaces #1–21 (along the gym’s outer walls). These spaces are $40, regardless of electrical use. Double Spaces: To reserve two adjacent spaces, add both to your cart before checkout. Registration questions for the second space will auto-fill from the first. Payment & Confirmation: Your space is not reserved until payment is submitted. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your registration was not successful. ST-19 Form: This form is required for all vendors. Upload it during registration or email it within 24 hours to lcarcfitkids@gmail.com Silent Auction Donation: All vendors must donate an item with a minimum $15 retail value. Bring your item with you on event day. Event Day Details: Set-up begins at 7:00 AM on Saturday, December 5th. The event runs from 09:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Little Knights PreschoolLittle Knights Preschool is an inclusive preschool program providing quality learning experiences for children ages 3, 4, and 5 in ISD 2071. A warm, caring staff provides plenty of "hands on" developmentally appropriate activities that will nurture your child's growth and make their transition into kindergarten run much smoother. Students are exposed to a variety of experiences which reinforce independence, socialization, self help skills, creative play, language, cognitive skills, pre-math and pre-reading skills, direction following, and large & small motor development. We offer classes that meets three or four days/week, with either morning or afternoon sessions available. All preschool classes are held in the LCWM Elementary School. Licensed teachers teach classes with experienced paraprofessionals assisting. Child's age eligibility is that they must be 3 by September 1st of the year of enrollment. We are a Four Star Parent Aware program and are eligible to serve families on Pathway One Early Learning Scholarships. We also have worked hard to raise funds each year through our Jungle Boogie event to have emergency scholarships for families that are experiencing hardships. It is our goal that no child go without preschool due to financial issues here at LCWM. Transportation InformationBus transportation may be available to those families unable to transport their child to preschool. A fee will be charged to offset the cost of busing. Scholarship InformationWe have scholarship funds available for those families who qualify for free and reduced lunch. All scholarship inquiries will be kept strictly confidential. Wait List InformationIf your first choice for classes is full, please register for your second choice first, and then join the waitlist for your first choice. Little Knights Preschool Scholarship FundIn combination with our annual Jungle Boogie fundraiser, we have raised over $125,000 over the last 18 years to help thousands of LCWM Families send their children to preschool. Without these funds, a quality early childhood preschool experience wouldn't be possible for many families. This year, we're opening up online donations with the hopes that we can continue to help our struggling families send their kids to school. If you are interested in sponsoring a preschool student, families are able to choose to attend 3 or 4 days a week.3 days a week of preschool costs $1170 per year, or $130 per month.4 days a week of preschool costs $1485 per year, or $165 per month.
