Join us as a vendor at our Lake Crystal Holiday Market! We’re looking to feature a wide variety of businesses at our vendor fair. Whether you offer handmade goods, retail items, direct sales products or specialty services, we’d love to have you join us. This is a great opportunity to connect with the community and grow your customer base. Link to ST-19 Form - Upload your completed and signed form during registration or submit via email. IMPORTANT REGISTRATION STEPS: Select your vendor space from the list below and click Enroll. Complete all required questions and submit the form. Your registration will then be added to your Cart. You must go to your Cart and submit payment in order to complete your registration. Registration: Online registration begins Monday, August 4 at 8:00 AM. Space is first come, first served and must be completed online. Paper applications are not available. Space Selection: You will choose your preferred space during registration, but availability is not guaranteed. Register promptly to increase your chances of securing a specific spot. Tables & Chairs: Each space includes 1 table and 1 chair. We encourage vendors to bring their own tables due to limited supply. (Requests for multiple tables per space cannot be made due to limited supply.) Booth Pricing: Flat rate—$35 or $40, depending on space selection. Electrical Access: To request electricity, choose from Spaces #1–21 (along the gym’s outer walls). These spaces are $40, regardless of electrical use. Double Spaces: To reserve two adjacent spaces, add both to your cart before checkout. Registration questions for the second space will auto-fill from the first. Payment & Confirmation: Your space is not reserved until payment is submitted. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your registration was not successful. ST-19 Form: This form is required for all vendors. Upload it during registration or email it within 24 hours to lcarcfitkids@gmail.com Silent Auction Donation: All vendors must donate an item with a minimum $15 retail value. Bring your item with you on event day. Event Day Details: Set-up begins at 7:00 AM on Saturday, December 6. The event runs from 09:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Ski & Snowboard club was such a hit, we're doing it again! Every week we take a bus to Mount Kato to spend the evening on the hill. The bus will pick up from the Secondary School at 3:30 pm and bring us to the hill. Parents and community members are welcome to meet us there and join in on the fun and cheap ticket options. Staff will help get kids set with their equipment and on the hill. Staff supervision ends at 6:30 pm, but kids 10 and over are allowed to stay later if a parent choses. Kids under 10 need to be picked up by or before 6:30 pm. Price Options:$10-Bus. This is for kids that have season tickets and their own equipment and will ride the bus from school with us.$20-Either Ticket or Rental. If you have a season pass but need a rental, or have equipment but need a ticket. Includes bus for students.$30-Ticket & Rental. For those that need equipment and rental from Mount Kato. Also includes bus for students Age Requirements:Third grade and up to attend by themselves.First grade and up to attend with an older sibling that is also attendingKindergarten and up to attend with a parent that is also attending. Dates at the beginning and end of the season are tentative, based on hill and snow condition. If the hill is open, we plan to go. If the windchill or temp is less than -10 degrees, we may cancel due to weather. If school is closed or cancelled, Ski & Snowboard club is also cancelled. There is a snack bar in the chalet. Community Ed staff is not responsible for any money or things that are sent with the kids.

One location for all youth basketball at LCWM! K-3 grades is run by Varsity coaches and players and will teach basics! 4th-6th grades plays in the South Central Youth Basketball League. Games are on Saturdays, starting in December. Practices will be decided by the coaches and facility availability.
