Afternoon Class is from 12:00 pm - 2:45 pm.Three days a week is Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays.Four days a week is Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays. Mixed Aged is a class for all of our preschool aged students. This can be 3 or 4 days.4's is a 4 day a week class that is for students who are 4 by Sept. 1, and will be going to Kindergarten or Knights Plus the following year.

The lifeguarding course provides participants the knowledge and skills to prevent, recognize, and respond to aquatic emergencies in both shallow water (less than 7 feet) and deeper water (7 feet or more) and to provide professional-level care for breathing and cardiac emergencies injuries and sudden illnesses until EMS personnel take over. This class is taught in a blended learning format and the assigned online portion(s) (accessed via mobile desktop or tablet) must be completed prior to each instructor-led session. Participants will receive certifications after attending ALL class sessions, showing competency in all required skills, passing all written exams, and passing ALL water skills tests. Participants who successfully complete this course receive an American Red Cross certificate for Lifeguarding (including deep water) with CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and First Aid valid for 2 years. Prerequisites: Must be 15 years old on or before the final day of the course. Complete a swim-tread-swim sequence: Jump into the water submerge resurface swim 150 yards (using the front crawl breaststroke or a combination of both, swimming on the back and side is NOT permitted; swim goggles are permitted) maintain position at the surface of the water for 2 minutes by treading water using only the legs then swim 50 yards using the front crawl breaststroke or a combination of both. Complete a timed event (swim goggles are NOT permitted) within 1 minute 40 seconds by starting in the water swimming 20 yards surface dive (feet-first or head-first) to a depth of 7 to 12 feet to retrieve a 10-pound object return to the surface and swim 20 yards on the back to return to the starting point holding the object at the surface with both hand exit the water without using a ladder or steps. Complete the online portions prior to the first in-person class sessions.

Aqua tots is designed for children 6 months old to 2 years, 11 months old with their parents in the water with them. For Parent and Child Aquatics, our instructors follow a plan to introduce new swimming and water safety skills that are developmentally appropriate and engaging for infants and young children. It is important to understand that Parent and Child Aquatics is not designed to teach children to become good swimmers or even to survive in the water on their own. Parent and Child Aquatics introduces you and your child to basic skills. As parents, you learn how to safely work with your child in the water, including how to appropriately support and hold your child in the water and how to prepare and encourage your child to participate fully and try the skills. In addition, you are introduced to several water safety topics. Your child receives an introduction to basic skills that lay a foundation for learning to swim.

Is making art one of your favorite things to do? Join us for this fun filled week creating with clay, acrylic paint, yarn, watercolor and more! Each day you will craft at least two items such as wacky pipe cleaner insects, yarn turtles, boats that float, painted garden rocks and cool pencil bags. Pack a snack to enjoy as you work and be ready to have fun and get messy!

Youth baseball teams, from entering kindergarten T-Ball to traveling 6th grade Baseball.

You will have fun painting with your friends. Start with a blank canvas and acrylic paints and learn the basics about brush strokes, mixing paint and basic painting techniques. This will be an enjoyable time to paint with friends! You will bring home three creations at the end of class. Display them as stand-alone or as companion pieces. All materials are supplied. Aprons are available, but we suggest that you dress accordingly as acrylic paints do not wash out of clothes.

This course is designed to prepare the first-time driving student with the information and knowledge required to pass the Minnesota Driver’s permit test and the Minnesota Class D Driver’s license test. This class requires the student to complete 30 hours of classroom instruction. These hours are mandated by law if a student under the age of 18 is to acquire a Driver's Permit or License.

Tackle Football is available for those students who are going into 4th-6th grade. Camp is not required before the season starts, but it is recommended.

Students will learn the basics of golf from a Varsity Golfer! There will be 2 days of skills practice and then a trip to an actual golf course to use their new knowledge.
