LEGO Design Camp
Your child will learn science and math concepts while working with materials from the LEGO Educational Division. Children will learn how to use levers, pulleys, and gears in order to build projects such as carousels, drawbridges and conveyor belts.
The basics will expand your child’s knowledge of science and math concepts such as levers, pulleys and gears. Your child will gain confidence in their ability to understand how simple machines work. They will build projects including a crane, catapult, and race
car.
The advanced option will focus on vehicles with LEGO Technic elements. They will be work with a team to create vehicles that will compete in the battle ring! Your child will learn about torque, tension, force, friction and compound gearing. Bring your imagination and your competitive spirit, this class is high speed fun!
