LCARC Fall/Winter 2025-26
Join us as a vendor at our Lake Crystal Holiday Market! We’re looking to feature a wide variety of businesses at our vendor fair. Whether you offer handmade goods, retail items, direct sales products or specialty services, we’d love to have you join us. This is a great opportunity to connect with the community and grow your customer base.
Date: Saturday, December 6th
Time: 9:30am-1:30pm (set-up starts at 7am)
Location: Lake Crystal Area Recreation Center Gym

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION STEPS:
- Select your vendor space from the list below and click Enroll.
- Complete all required questions and submit the form. Your registration will then be added to your Cart.
- You must go to your Cart and submit payment in order to complete your registration.
- Registration: Online registration begins Monday, August 4 at 8:00 AM. Space is first come, first served and must be completed online. Paper applications are not available.
- Space Selection: You will choose your preferred space during registration, but availability is not guaranteed. Register promptly to increase your chances of securing a specific spot.
- Tables & Chairs: Each space includes 1 table and 1 chair. We encourage vendors to bring their own tables due to limited supply. (Requests for multiple tables per space cannot be made due to limited supply.)
- Booth Pricing: Flat rate—$35 or $40, depending on space selection.
- Electrical Access: To request electricity, choose from Spaces #1–21 (along the gym’s outer walls). These spaces are $40, regardless of electrical use.
- Double Spaces: To reserve two adjacent spaces, add both to your cart before checkout. Registration questions for the second space will auto-fill from the first.
- Payment & Confirmation: Your space is not reserved until payment is submitted. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your registration was not successful.
- ST-19 Form: This form is required for all vendors. Upload it during registration or email it within 24 hours to lcarcfitkids@gmail.com
- Silent Auction Donation: All vendors must donate an item with a minimum $15 retail value. Bring your item with you on event day.
- Event Day Details:
- Set-up begins at 7:00 AM on Saturday, December 6.
- The event runs from 09:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
- Vendors must handle their own unloading, loading, and booth setup—staff assistance is not available.
