Your child will learn the basics of lifeguarding skills through fun games and drills, improve their swimming skills, and learn the basics of CPR. No certification is given through this camp. It is a week long camp designed with an engaging and fun learning curriculum based off of Red Cross lifeguarding skills and CPR skills. It will also focus on improving the efficiency of swim strokes and swimming endurance. This camp is designed for ages 11-14. It is required that participants have passed Learn to Swim Level 4 to be in this camp, or can swim 50 yards proficiently swimming front crawl with rhythmic breathing.
